Patient Information

Thank you for taking the time to explore your options in dental healthcare offices. We count it a privilege to be considered as a choice as your dental healthcare professional.

This page is intended to answer some frequently asked questions about our office. Please keep in mind that we welcome you to call our office with any questions you may have that have not been answered here. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

What can I expect at my first visit to Dr. Ebert's office?
You will meet Dr. Ebert and her staff. Dr. Ebert will have a consultation with you in her office to discuss with you your dental health needs and concerns. Then Dr. Ebert will perform a thorough exam which will include an oral cancer screening, a periodontal screening, and a TMJ exam. At this time any necessary x-rays will be taken. Once the exam is complete, your cleaning appointment will be scheduled, along with a consultation where Dr. Ebert will discuss with you her exam findings and together you will come up with a treatment plan to fit your needs.

Does Dr. Ebert treat children?

YES! Our office is prepared to offer comprehensive, complete care for each member of your family.

Are patients seen on time for their scheduled appointments?
YES. We value your time. We make every effort to see each patient at their appointed time. It is uncommon to be seen later than your appointed time, but in those rare instances, wait time is less than 5 minutes.

Do you have a cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.

Does your office accept my insurance?
We will gladly work with your insurance company by electronically filing your claim and accepting payment from them, if your plan allows. Dr. Ebert is not a contracted provider for any dental insurance company; meaning she is not "in network" with any insurance company. We consider your dental health to be of extreme importance and not something that is to be dictated by an insurance company that does not know your individual needs. We currently work with over 195 insurance companies to help serve you.

What is your payment policy?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash. If you are using your insurance benefits, we ask that you pay the patient portion at the time of service. While we will gladly submit and resubmit (if necessary) information to your insurance company, if there is a balance due after 90 days, please pay the balance in full and have your insurance company reimburse you directly.
